At Dentistry Support®, we know that bringing on a new support partner is a big step, much like hiring a new team member. It takes time to get into a rhythm, to learn each other’s style, and to build the trust needed for a great working relationship. That’s why we created our Love Us or Leave Us program—a unique way for you to experience the impact of our support with the flexibility to ensure it’s the right fit for your practice.

We stand by our commitment to making every client relationship rewarding and successful, but if things don’t feel quite right within the first 90 days, this program gives you an easy path to move on, no strings attached. We’ve designed this program with the kind of flexibility and transparency we’d want ourselves—because we know a true partnership should bring peace of mind from the very start.

How the Love Us or Leave Us Program Works

Here’s a straightforward outline of how our program operates for those enrolled in traditional support services, such as eligibility, billing, and phone support:

  • 90-Day Trial Period: This program is active for the first 90 calendar days of your support agreement. During this period, you have the chance to get a feel for our partnership and see the impact of our services on your day-to-day operations.

  • Flexible Exit Option: If, for any reason, you decide that Dentistry Support® isn’t the best fit for your practice, you can provide us with a 30-day written notice (within your first 90 days of enrollment) to exit our support services. We’ll work with you to settle one final invoice covering the remaining 30 days. 

  • Offboarding Support: We’ll work closely with you during the notice period to ensure a smooth offboarding process. We’ll handle any outstanding matters, finalize commission payments for phone support, and ensure your transition is as seamless as possible. Our team fully works for you during this time.

  • Commitment Timeline:

    • Minimum: 60 days (30 days of support + 30-day notice).

    • Maximum: 120 days (90 days of support + 30-day notice).

  • Program Scope: This flexible option is available exclusively for clients enrolled in our traditional support services. It covers eligibility, billing, and phone support.
