Every month, we are fortunate to receive an overwhelming wave of applications, totaling between 400 to 600 applicants. This level of interest is a testament to the exceptional talent and passion within the dental field. We are deeply honored by your consideration of joining our community.

At Dentistry Support ®, we place a premium on selectivity. Our hiring process is meticulously designed to identify individuals who fit our unique culture and mission perfectly. Our training program is comprehensive, spanning a full 9 months, with an additional 3 months of shadowing. We don't make hiring decisions solely based on the quantity of applications or messages we receive. Instead, we focus on identifying those who not only meet our qualifications but also share our passion for cultivating the perfect dental community and embracing remote work opportunities with dedication and not a pathway to an "easier life".
